  2. signed form self-disclosure
    <\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. for minors: Declaration of consent (see download)<\/li>\n
  4. appropriate amount<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    to have ready.<\/p>\n

    This is the only way we can still be there for the people in the region, despite reduced compensation. We did not create the form, but are in fact forced to use it. Our proposed changes were not taken into account.<\/p>\n
